Welcome!

To all wrestlers, their family, friends, and fans, or other health enthusiasts, thank you for visiting my new blog.  I decided to start this blog after nine years of wrestling all over the country to combine the knowledge I've picked up along the way with my interest in writing, in anticipation of my first book, The Definitive Guide to Burning Fat and Building Muscle.  I was one of several contributing authors for the book, which will be published later this year.

For me wrestling has become more than just an sport, but a hobby and a way of life.  Wrestling is what sparked my motivation to seek out the best advice on working out and eating right.  I have been fortunate enough to come across countless different training methods from people of a variety of backgrounds, and so I would like to share that information with all of you.

This blog will not be solely about wrestling, but about all things health and fitness related.  Whether you're a wrestler with high aspirations, or someone who wishes to live a balanced, healthy life, I encourage you to to get on board and follow my wrestling adventures.  Feel free to post any comments and questions or e-mail me at jas125133@gmail.com.
